you can take a walk, but you can't manage to relax! your situation is too catastrophic and you are way too hot-blooded to reach that kind of mindset in dramatic situation, even if you walk you can't find a logic explanation to all this! you must be cursed or something, maybe that's it it's the result of some dark spell put onto you! could you have recently refused the hospitality to a old lady that actually was a fairy? you don't even believe in that kind of myth but at this point why not?
